Just 1.2km from the house, Middleton Beach is Albany's much-loved town beach - a sweeping stretch of white sand and calm water extending towards Emu Point, with cafés, walking and cycling trails, picnic areas and family-friendly spaces along the foreshore.

From your elevated position at The View, wake to panoramic views across Middleton Beach and the bay before heading down for a morning swim, coastal walk or coffee by the water.

Middleton Beach is one of Albany's most popular places to swim, walk, cycle and simply slow down.

Its sheltered waters make it a favourite for families, while the Ellen Cove Boardwalk and surrounding coastal paths provide spectacular walking and cycling routes around the foot of Mount Clarence. Cafés and restaurants around the foreshore make it just as easy to wander down for breakfast or linger over lunch.

During the warmer months, spend the day between the sand and sea before retreating to The View's north-facing balcony. In winter, watch the changing weather roll across the bay from the comfort of the house.
